10th July 2026

“Thank you so much for your email. I can confirm that you can now close my case.

I did eventually get my Lump Sum and pension payment from Capita, albeit it several months late with absolutely no correspondence from them until months later!

However I would like to thank you for the speedy reply I received from you. You gave me a bit of hope at a time where I was at a loss as to where to turn to next. It’s a sad state of affairs when you have to contact your MP for something you are entitled to and have worked for, for 45 years.

I guess I am one of the lucky ones at least I eventually received mine and I’m sure you contacting them helped.

Thanks again for your help and support it was truly appreciated.”
