If your issue relates to an ongoing enquiry or complaint with an independent body, organisation or agency please note that I cannot intervene or help until all their complaints and appeals processes have been exhausted.

How I can help:

  • I can contact the Department for Work and Pensions on your behalf.
  • I can support you to expedite your case with the Department for Work and Pensions if it is urgent.
  • I can liaise with South Lanarkshire Council and local councillors concerning any matter that is their responsibility.

What I can't do:

  • I cannot change outcomes or decisions by the Department of Work and Pensions.
  • I cannot intervene on any appeals issues until all avenues with the Department of Work of Pensions have been exhausted.
